He guided us in such a professional manner and made sure that our requests were met.  Our guests are still raving about the food...from the delicious hors'd'oeuvres, which were butler passed, to the main courses (the vegetables were so fresh and crisp) to that great ice cream bar enjoyed not only by the kids but the grownups too!
